Doug's Methods of Saving Money
Since last year, my net worth has increased by about $118,000.
The value of investments were up $101,000. Additional contributions accounted for $14,000 of the increase.
The (estimated) value of my house went up by $25,000.
There is a lot more credit-card debt than last year. Some of it results from medical expenses (teenage orthodonture), some of it is from credit-card churning. All of it is at zero-percent interest.
